Upload your dining bill. Click on “My Reservation & EZCASH” to find “My Reservations” in EZTABLE APP.
Step 5.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Participation in lucky draw is open to all users who have downloaded EZTABLE app, made a reservation and uploaded the dining bill to the reservation details as a verification. Each verified reservation is entitled to one lucky draw chance. In addition, each participant will also be granted THB 100.- value Starbucks Gift Card for the first reservation and THB 200.- value Starbucks Gift Card for the third reservation made through the campaign duration.
For appetizer prize, gift will be awarded based on verified phone number used when making reservation. Phone number used is limited to local phone number only, e.g. Thailand reservation limited to Thai phone number, Indonesia reservation limited to Indonesian phone number.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Download EZTABLE app from Apple AppStore or Google PlayStore. Make a reservation at any of the restaurants found on EZTABLE app, dine at the restaurant, and then upload the dining bill to the reservation record found in EZTABLE APP → My Reservation & EZCASH → My Reservation → Claim 1% EZCASH.
3. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The Grand Prize winner(s) will be announced on Thursday, May 5th, 2016 on EZTABLE’s Official Facebook Fanpage as well as EZTABLE’s Official Instagram accounts. The winner(s) will also be informed via email. The winner may be required to verify his/her name, age, phone number, email address and mailing address prior to issuance of prize. If any winner(s) cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been exerted, or if the winner(s) is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules or if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable may result in the winner being disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at EZTABLE’s sole discretion.
4. PRIZE: Prizes will be awarded as listed above. Appetizer prizes can be redeemed for reservation made during the period of November 1st, 2015 - April 30th, 2016. Participant can redeem appetizer gift by filling in the form provided in this website, by 5th of May 2016 the latest. Any taxes and any other costs not specifically stated within these Terms & Conditions are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is not permitted to substitute the Prize for any reason. Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
