1. This promotion is only applicable once a year on your birthday. You must present your ID when you arrive at the restaurant to claim the promotion.

2. This promotion is only applicable at cooperating restaurants.

3. This promotion is only applicable for dining with reservation made through EZTABLE APP, with a minimum of 2 (two) persons & "Birthday" as special request and pay with EZTABLE APP

4. For buffet meals, birthday gift amount is equal to the price of buffet meal for one person during the day of dining.

5. For a la carte meals, birthday gift amount is calculated by the total dining amount divided by number of total diners, with maximum of THB 1000.

6. Your birthday gift will be stored to your booking account the 1 (one) day after dining date, round up to the nearest 50 THB.

7. The birthday gift is valid for 30 days starting from the sent date

8. Birthday gift can only be used once during your next reservation and can only be used with Checkout service at any of restaurant on EZTABLE APP. The amount will be deducted from your next dining bill.

9. All birthday gift calculations include service charge and 7% VAT.

10. This promotion could not be combined with any other promotion or discount.

11. EZTABLE and cooperating restaurants reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
